All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. The vast majority of items are delivered within a few days of payment. If the delivery time is longer, you will receive a notification.

We always pack all items with the utmost care. If you do receive a damaged package, please contact us.
delivery
Your order will be delivered to your home by DHL DHL strives to deliver packages within the Netherlands within 24 hours. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the DHL Track & Trace code and a link to track your package. For deliveries within the Netherlands, the email will also include the expected delivery date and time. If you are not home when the delivery driver arrives, it will be left with your neighbors. You will then receive a notification stating the house number where the package was delivered. If this is not possible, DHLL will collect the package again and schedule a new delivery time.
Note: You will receive a code that allows you to change this delivery time. You have until 10:00 PM on that day to do so.
Tip 1: You can also have your order delivered to a different address. For example, with Pakje Gemak, where you can choose a service point to collect your package. This could be your local Albert Heijn supermarket, for example. This can be very convenient if you're not home during the day. You can also have your order delivered to your work address.
Tip 2: You can also choose to pick up your order yourself from us in Hazerswoude. This will save you on shipping costs and give you the opportunity to browse our store. Any clothes you order can also be tried on right away.
Where is my package now?
You can track your package online and through the PostNL app. You can do this using the Track & Trace code you receive after the item has been shipped.
the package didn't arrive. what to do?
If the package hasn't been delivered to you or your neighbors after a few days, and you can't find it using track and trace, please contact our customer service so we can track it down. Send an email to info(at)femon(dot)nl.
