Returns / Cancellations

Are you dissatisfied with an item or is it not what you expected? No problem! You can return the item to us. However, there are a few rules: 

1. According to the Distance Selling Act, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the item. During these 14 days, you can decide whether or not you want to keep the order. You must inform us within 14 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. You then have another 14 days to return the product to us. This does not apply to products custom-made for you. 

2. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake, of course. The shipping costs for returns are usually €6.95 (standard parcel with PostNL). Return shipping is at the customer's risk. You can choose to have it insured. Returning an item to a store is free of charge.

4. If the packaging is unopened and the item is undamaged, we will refund your money to your account within 14 days of registering your return. This includes both the purchase price and any costs incurred for shipping the product to you. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund the shipping costs. We will use the same payment method you used to pay for the item to process the refund.

5. We reserve the right to hold you liable for any diminished value of the item that occurs because it has been handled differently than you would in a store when purchasing a product. This may therefore incur costs for you as a consumer. For example, clothing may be tried on but not worn, and the packaging of components must remain unopened and undamaged (components may not be assembled). 

6. As soon as the return is delivered to us, we will start processing it for you. If all conditions are met, the amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation. If there are reasons not to refund the full purchase price, we will contact you.
