WARRANTY
Normally, all our products come with a minimum one-year warranty, just like in stores. We handle warranty issues personally in consultation with the supplier. Do you believe you're entitled to a warranty? Please send an email to [email protected] and explain what's wrong with the product. Always include your daytime phone number in this email. If we have any questions, we can always call you for quick handling. Unfortunately, processing warranty issues can sometimes take some time. However, we do our best to keep you informed of the status of your claim.
Received a damaged product?
Did you receive a damaged item? Please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the item, by sending an email to [email protected]. Please include your daytime phone number in this email. If we have any questions, we can always call you to handle the matter quickly.
